A Bit About Me

I call myself The Barefoot Therapist. I love to be barefoot in grass. I describe myself as an eclectic and compassionate therapist who helps individuals manage worry, stress, and anxiety holistically. My strengths are rapport building, empathy, and creating a safe space. I collaborate with clients to uncover root causes, aiming to impact their lives positively. I practice client-centered therapy, tailoring my approach to each individual's needs and combining therapeutic modalities like EMDR, somatic exercises and movement to regulate the nervous system. As weather permits we can also utilize walking and talking in nature.
