A Bit About Me
I have over 20 years experience as a licensed clinician and am a clinical supervisor. I enjoy working with those aged 16 and up. Parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes and transitions are a few of the life events I help you navigate. I also enjoy working with therapists as I understand the heavy load they carry and offer a safe place.
My counseling style is warm and interactive, mixed with a bit of humor. I provide psychoeducation, and use CBT, ACT, solution focused modalities and take a client centered approach in all I do. This means this process is led by you with me at your side.
