A Bit About Me
“I feel invisible—like no one really sees me.”
“How am I supposed to move forward after such a huge loss?”
“What does a healthy relationship even look like?”
If any of these thoughts feel familiar, I want you to know this: you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
As a counselor, it’s my honor to walk alongside people through the questions, grief, and growth that come with life’s harder seasons. Healing isn’t linear, and it’s not always easy, but together we can explore the roots of your pain and begin building a future that feels more grounded, hopeful, and true to who you are.
What I Help With
I work with individuals in-person in Franklin, TN and via Telehealth for the state of Tennessee, supporting clients navigating:
Anxiety and Depression
Trauma
Grief and Loss
Boundaries
Perfectionism
Self-Esteem
Spirituality and Faith Transitions
My Approach to Therapy
My work is grounded in the belief that your story matters—and that healing happens when we create space to name and process the things you’ve carried for too long.
I use a blend of Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a collaborative, relational, and client-centered approach, always honoring the unique ecosystem you live, work, and exist in.
A Bit About Me
I am currently a Pre-Licensed Clinician working at Balint’s Counseling, but my experience with the mental health field began in 2017 with foster care case management in rural Tennessee, supporting children, adoptive families, and biological parents. Over time, that work deepened my passion for walking with others through complex emotions and life transitions. Since then, I’ve worked in crisis intervention, residential treatment, and private practice settings—each one shaping the way I show up as a therapist today: with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to helping people feel seen. My approach blends deep empathy with honest reflection. I’ll support you wholeheartedly, and I’ll also challenge patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back.
